Wembley’s Chocolates is a family-owned bean-to-bar chocolate maker based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. From roasting and grinding to tempering and moulding, every bar is crafted in-house using single-estate cocoa beans sourced directly from growers, including Australian-grown cacao. Blending craftsmanship with a distinctly local touch, Wembley’s celebrates Australia’s native ingredients such as wattleseed, desert lime, and cinnamon myrtle to create chocolate that’s both ethical and uniquely Australian. With a focus on transparency, flavour, and connection, Wembley’s Chocolates invites people to rediscover what real chocolate tastes like, made by hand, from the bean, with care.
