- Through our ticketing partner, Humanitix, when you purchase a ticket. Humanitix collects this information directly from you under its own privacy policy, and shares relevant ticket-holder details with us so we can manage the event.
- Via the mailing list sign-up form on our website, which we then pass to our email marketing platform, MailerLite, to manage email communications.
- Automatically, through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and TikTok Pixel, as you browse our website. Some pages may also include embedded YouTube videos, which can set their own cookies if you interact with them.
- At our events, where photography and video may be taken for marketing purposes.
