Ambrosia Distillery is a small batch handcrafted Gin and Flavoured Vodka Distillery, located in the Dairy Road precinct in Fyshwick. Specialising in high quality yet affordable gins and uniquely flavoured vodkas. All ingredients for their products are sourced in Australia.

Bathurst Grange produces quality Australian Gin and Australian Whisky on their state heritage farm established in 1823. Their ethos is around sustainable artisan practises and agri-tourism integration of their farm and distillery.

Inspired by an obsessive quest for the perfect Negroni, Ester's journey began over 10 years ago with a tiny still in the backyard of our Newtown digs. Ester Strong Gin won ‘Best in Show’ at the Australian Gin Awards in its first month of launching and shortly after that took out the title of ‘World's Best Navy Gin’ at the World Gin Awards in 2021.

Our vision focusses on showcasing the stunning natural landscapes of which Australia is rightly famous for, placing a spotlight on the uniquely Australian botanicals contained within.

Our premium quality spirits are made sustainably and in the proud tradition of copper pot distillation, using Australian grains and botanicals and pure harvested Shoalhaven rainwater - a true local spirit!

We experiment with Tasmanian botanicals and carefully craft our base spirits to synthesise the Tasmanian landscape and write out the stories of place. The scale of the season is compressed in Tasmania so you get an intensity of flavour in our botanicals.
