Sadly no. As much as we love our furry friends, we have restrictions set by the National Botanic Gardens.

Botanica is an outdoor event and will continue in mild rain. If the weather does become dangerous and we have to cancel the event, all ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be provided. No refunds will be given if you decide not to attend but the event still goes ahead.

If we cancel we will:

  • SMS the mobile number of the person who booked your ticket (hopefully they’ll share this with you, if it wasn’t you).
  • Email the person who booked your ticket with instructions and information about what to do next.
